Through his pioneering Kaduna Peace Model—a non-kinetic, inclusive security framework—he restored dialogue, rebuilt inter-communal trust, and forged robust working relationships between grassroots leaders and security agencies.

Communities once deserted are now vibrant hubs of economic activity. Farmers have safely returned to their fields. Recognizing this monumental effort, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu publicly commended Governor Uba Sani for turning Kaduna into a national model of peace, stability, love, and unity.

Through the establishment of modern skills acquisition hubs—such as the Institute of Vocational Training and Skills Development in Rigachikun—the state is systematically replacing dependency with productivity, turning job seekers into job creators.

In the sports sector, the administration recognizes athletic development as a multi-billion Naira engine for social stability, youth empowerment, and economic growth. Rebuilding the iconic Ahmadu Bello Stadium into a 32,000-capacity world-class sporting complex complete with integrated broadcast hubs, media centers, and athlete accommodation, alongside upgrading the Uba Sani Township Stadium and funding youth sports stipends, Kaduna is rapidly securing its place as the sports capital of Nigeria.

Through targeted gender inclusion initiatives such as the N5 Billion Women Economic Empowerment Fund and the Arewa Ladies-4-Tech AI Initiative, women are taking center stage in local commerce, technology, and governance.
