Our Chamber operates on the core principle of creating robust bridges between Zambia and the expertise, capital, and networks within its diaspora and strategic partners in major US cities like Houston. This Road Show is a powerful amplification of our shared vision, and the ZDCC is its natural and most eager implementation partner.

4.0 Commitment to Strategic Partnerships & Multilateral Engagement

The ZDCC is not only ready but is already mobilizing its network to ensure the Houston Road Show delivers maximum impact. We are prepared to leverage our unique position to broaden this engagement beyond the diaspora:

• IBEx Follow-Up: We will actively connect with prospects garnered at the Lusaka IBEx conference to ensure their participation and continued interest through this Houston event.
• Multilateral Stakeholder Engagement: In my capacity and through the Chamber’s membership with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), I will formally initiate dialogues with the United Nations system, the World Bank, and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to present the outcomes of IBEx and the Houston Road Show as a blueprint for collaborative development investment.
• Complimenting Government Aspirations: We reiterate our unwavering commitment to complimenting the government’s aspirations by providing a structured, private-sector-led pathway for investment, skills transfer, and knowledge exchange emanating from these events.
