The FashionFad Infinite Inclusion Runway™ launched its inaugural global showcase in Blue Springs, Missouri, uniting individuals of all abilities under one universal theme:

Guided by the conviction that human dignity has no disability, FashionFad is redefining high fashion by transforming how people with physical, sensory, and intellectual disabilities are represented, celebrated, and elevated. The historic event brought together participants, families, adaptive designers, caregivers, community leaders, and global advocates to prove that when society removes barriers, human potential knows no bounds.

A Dream Built on Persistence and Advocacy

The creation of FashionFad Infinite Inclusion Runway™ is the culmination of years of relentless advocacy, community outreach, and direct service to individuals living with disabilities.

Conceived by Founder and Visionary Leader Francis Fagjot John, PhD—whose decade of work with individuals with disabilities and published expertise (Baby Steps to Aging Practice) laid the foundation—the initiative took shape after he was invited by the Khan family of Kansas to represent them at Kansas City’s International Fashion Week / Hawaii International Fashion Week (HIFW) platform. Recognizing a profound void in disability representation on mainstream runways, Dr. John created FashionFad as an enduring global institution designed to give back, honor every ability, and elevate adaptive apparel to the global stage.
