Terrorists Attack Nigerian Baptist Church Service In Kaduna, Abduct 40 Worshippers


No fewer than 40 worshippers were kidnapped by terrorists at some level of a service at the Bege Baptist Church, Madalla on Buruku Baringi avenue in the Chikun Local Authorities House of Kaduna Command on Sunday.
The chairman of the Christian Affiliation of Nigeria, Kaduna Command chapter, Rev. John Hayab, confirmed the incident to newsmen on Monday in Kaduna.
Per Hayab, the incident occurred round 9:30am at some level of the treasure service.
He acknowledged, “The worshippers were in the Sunday service in the Church when round 9:30 am they heard gunshots very shut to the Church. The gunmen attacked the Church and went away with 40 worshippers.”
He did, on the change hand, add that 15 of the abducted worshippers escaped, leaving 25 others in the kidnappers’ den.
“Alongside the most real looking seemingly scheme, by hook or by crook presumably maybe 15 of the kidnapped persons returned final the comfort 25 who are currently in captivity with none notice from their abductors,” he acknowledged.
Hayab added that efforts were being made to contact the abductors on the final 25 victims.
“Efforts are being made to glean enthusiastic with the abductors referring to the final other americans and prayed that the abductors could presumably maybe presumably be merciful to starting up the final 25 abet to their families,” the cleric acknowledged.
