Emirship tussle: Kano Deputy Gov apologizes to NSA

The Deputy Governor of Kano Mumble, Malam Aminu Gwarzo, on Monday, tendered an unreserved apology to the National Safety Adviser (NSA), Nuhu Ribadu.
