BREAKING: Nigerian Labour Congress Suspends Deliberate Nationwide Strike Over Gasoline Subsidy

The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has suspended its planned strike over the hike in gasoline tag as a results of subsidy elimination.

SaharaReporters had earlier reported that the Nigerian authorities delegation all yet again summoned the leadership of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC to a gathering at the Presidential Villa Abuja over the grievances emanating from the gasoline subsidy elimination.

The union had launched the industrial action on Friday, following a gathering of its Nationwide Executive Council (NEC) in Abuja over the gasoline subsidy elimination and subsequent hike within the pump tag of petrol.
