 BREAKING: Nigerian government fixes date to open student loan portal

The Nigerian govt has eventually launched that the application portal for the great-awaited pupil loan will beginning on Friday, Could per chance well per chance 24.

The spokesman of the Nigerian Education Mortgage Fund, NELFUND, Nasir Ayitogo, disclosed this in a commentary on Thursday.

The loan map permits students to earn entry to loans to pursue their academic aspirations without monetary constraints.

The commentary reads: “The administration of the Nigerian Education Mortgage Fund, NELFUND, led by its Managing Director, Mr Akintunde Sawyerr, is jubilant to drawl 24 Could per chance well per chance 2024, as the legitimate date for the outlet of the portal for pupil loan applications.

The advance comes eight months after President Tinubu launched that the programme would no longer kick off in September 2023.
