ADexist Is Seeking Sales Representatives in Nigeria and Zambia—Applications Close November 30th

By Dr. Francis Fagjot John, Co-Founder, ADexist

ADexist is opening its doors to Africa, and we are looking for builders.

We are a Kansas City–based advertising platform with a simple but powerful promise: “Every Ad. Everywhere. AdExist.” We take a single idea and carry it across print materials, outdoor advertising, branding and merchandise, and audio production—flyers, posters, brochures, billboards, banners, signage, T-shirts, caps, roll-up banners, jingles, radio ads, and voiceovers. We also support business listings and event ticketing. And we give every user a do-it-yourself preview feature that shows how their message will look across multiple formats before they spend a single naira or kwacha.

We are now selecting sales representatives in Nigeria and Zambia to test-run these products and services—including the do-it-yourself feature—in two of Africa’s most dynamic markets. This is a deliberate, focused pilot. We are not opening everywhere at once. We are choosing two countries, building the model properly, and then scaling.

Who We Are Looking For: We want people who can open doors. You do not need a formal advertising background, but you do need drive, credibility, and the ability to win sizable clientele—a minimum of ten clients per week. You should be comfortable working with small businesses, NGOs, non-profits, community organizations, campaign teams, and independent creators. You should understand your local market and be able to explain, clearly and convincingly, why ADexist is different from Canva, AdCreative.ai, or any agency that has overpromised and underdelivered.

You should also be willing to learn. Before you represent us, you must get familiar with our products and services. Know the print formats. Know the outdoor options. Know the branding and merchandise offerings. Know the jingle and voiceover production. Know how the do-it-yourself preview works. Know how business listings and event ticketing function. Training and tools will be provided to assist in your marketing success, but the first step is yours: study the platform, understand the packages, and be ready to speak with authority.

Working Instructions: Clear and Flexible

We believe in clarity, not ambiguity. Here is exactly how this works:

  • Frequency: Not more than one engagement per week. We are not asking you to abandon your current work. We are asking for focused, high-quality effort.
  • Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on your designated working day, and as applicable.
  • Compensation: This is a commission-based role. Your earnings are tied directly to the business you bring in. Stipends will be provided as needed to support your work.
  • Target: You must be able to win or woo a sizable clientele of ten clients in a week. This is the benchmark. It is achievable because our packages are affordable and negotiable, and because small businesses across Nigeria and Zambia are hungry for a credible, coherent advertising solution.
  • Flexibility: The work schedule is flexible. We care about results, not clock-watching.

Timeline: From Application to Commencement

We have set a clear, transparent schedule so that every candidate knows exactly what to expect:

  • Application Deadline: All inquiries, experience, and qualifications must be submitted via our website no later than November 30th.
  • Successful Candidates Announced: Successful candidates will be announced by December 31st.
  • Commencement of Work: Selected representatives will commence work not later than January 2027.

Compliance and Professional Registration: Where applicable, successful candidates will be registered with relevant professional organizations to ensure full compliance with local standards and regulations. We take credibility seriously—not just in what we say, but in how we operate. If your jurisdiction requires professional certification or registration for advertising, marketing, or sales representation, we will work with you to meet those requirements. Compliance is not an afterthought at ADexist; it is part of how we build trust in every market we enter.

Why These Two Countries: Nigeria and Zambia are our test-run markets, and the choice is intentional. Nigeria’s advertising market is expanding, with digital advertising growing steadily and small businesses actively looking for affordable, professional tools. Zambia offers a growing economy, a vibrant SME sector, and a business community that values quality and reliability. Together, these two countries give us the feedback, the case studies, and the proof of concept we need before we scale further across the continent.

What You Need to Submit: All inquiries, experience, and qualifications must be submitted via our website no later than November 30th. We want to know who you are, what markets you can reach, what experience you bring, and why you believe you can deliver ten clients a week. Tell us about your network. Tell us about your understanding of small-business advertising in your country. Tell us how you would introduce ADexist to a tailor in Lagos, an agro-dealer in Lusaka, an NGO in Abuja, or a campaign team in Ndola.

We have been deliberate in laying out this opportunity because we do not want misunderstandings. This is a commission-based role with stipends as needed. It is flexible but requires discipline. It is a pilot in two countries, not a continent-wide rollout. The target is ten clients per week. Training and tools will be provided. You must familiarize yourself with our products and services before you begin. Applications close November 30th via our website. Successful candidates will be announced by December 31st, and work begins not later than January 2027. Where applicable, candidates will be registered with professional organizations to ensure compliance.

If you are ready to help small businesses look as good as they actually are—if you are ready to carry a message that is affordable, negotiable, and credible—we want to hear from you.

Every Ad. Everywhere. AdExist.

Submit your inquiries, experience, and qualifications via our website. The deadline is November 30th. We are waiting.
