Throughout her career she has served as a Charge Nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), Wound Care Nurse, and Unit Manager, developing expertise in resident-centered care, clinical operations, staff supervision, care coordination, documentation, medication administration support, infection prevention, wound care management, regulatory readiness, and quality-focused nursing practice.

Currently serving as Unit Manager at Long-Term & Rehab of Kansas City South, she coordinates nursing services, guides staff performance, monitors resident care, promotes continuity of care, and helps maintain high standards of safety, dignity, compassion, and accountability. Her leadership is recognized for being calm, professional, collaborative, and solutions-oriented.
